Once you have contacted us and we have checked on availability of the date requested, gone over packages we will send you a contract to read and digitally initial and sign. We will attach the estimate and take a 50% deposit to hold your date.
1. You MUST HAVE Liquor and General Liability, which in SC is very expensive. You can't just add the coverage to one event, it is insurance that is annually. So, the person that works at a bar you know can't just come and do the event it has to be through a licensed Co.
2. You get ALL VETERAN staff, ALWAYS! I have the best qualified, positive, reliable and trustworthy staff around.
3. Unless, you want just the services, my packages include the ice which avg cost $30-$50 an event, cups, napkins, straws, all garnished mixers fresh juices. ALL things that add up $$.
4. So in the end every penny spent with us is worth it!

We know that LIFE happens so we will do our best to accommodate our clients as best possible. However, in order to run a functionable and profitable business, cancellations would affect other clients from being able to book their dream event on the date they are have set. If you booked way in advance and are cancelling 8 months or more we take a booking/admin fee of $250, and the remainder of the deposit is returned.

All events with a bar package include disposable cupware, but if you prefer glassware instead we are partnered with a local rental company and can coordinate that for you.
Each event does vary depending on the menu/package offered and the amount of guests. However, when renting " Oakley" there will always be a minimum of 2 staff members
( 1 Bartender 1 server/barback) per event no matter the amount of guests. If an additional bar is added to the event you will have to also add an additional bartender. We will staff accordingly, but general rule of thumb anything over 75 guests with cocktail packages you will receive 2 Bartenders.
We travel 40 miles from our location in Murrells Inlet Sc. We travel further, but their would be a gas charge per mile for further distance, It can ALWAYS be worked out so we can make it to your event!
